Adjustable Deck Pedestals
The Bison PS1 rigid plastic deck support shim adds 1/8″ (3.2 mm) of radial adjustment to achieve a perfectly level deck by filling minor deck support gaps. Use Level.It PS1 plastic shims with the Bison Adjustable or Low-Height Level.It Pedestals.
Pedestal Top Application:
Place PS1 deck support shims on top of Level.It or Versadjust pedestals to accommodate for minor paver thickness variations and create a perfectly flat and level deck surface. Use a maximum of 2 shims. If using only quarter segment, adhere it to the pedestal with construction adhesive.
Pedestal Base Application:
Place shims (whole or in segments) under the pedestal in a stair-step fashion to compensate for sloping substrates. Use a maximum of 2 shims. Adhere them to each other and to the pedestal with construction adhesive.
