Adjustable Deck Pedestals
The Bison B11 rubber shim adds 1/16″ (1.5 mm) of segmented radial adjustment to achieve a perfectly level deck by filling minor deck support gaps. Use Bll flexible rubber shims with the Bison Level.It or Versadjust Pedestals.
Pedestal Top Application:
Place B11s on top of pedestal deck supports to accommodate for minor paver thickness variations and create a perfectly flat and level deck surface. Use a maximum of 2 shims. If using only one quarter shim segment, adhere it to the pedestal with construction adhesive.
Pedestal Base Application:
Place shims (whole or in segments) under the pedestal in a stair-step fashion to compensate for sloping substrates. Use a maximum of 2 shims. Adhere them to each other and to the pedestal with construction adhesive.
